Developed for the ACCELERATE competition, the tow truck by designer Andrew Chirkova is an advanced vehicle concept that generating power from a jet engine seems to take urban transportation to new heights. Featuring a heavy-duty engine resulting in a low center of gravity, the futuristic truck gives an altogether new dimension to towing vehicles, such as an airport tractor or a trailer tractor. Measuring 10000 x 5000 x 1500 mm (LWH), the new truck accommodates the driver in a hi-tech cabin for better controls, together with three members of the maintenance crew, with ease.
