The Progressive Architecture Masterpiece In The Earth House Form

Being so very far from the cosmopolitan living in the tallest buildings of the world, going back to basic is turning more and more viable every day as living space is concerned. Following the same concept like the Frodo’s den in the famous “Lord of the rings” movie, the Earth House is the living proof how we can use the ground as shelter.
Taking under consideration that a completely ecological living space must have a perfect insulation system and leave zero carbon foot print over the environment, the Earth House concept must be considered an example for any building project.

Built in Switzerland in Dietikon, the Lättenstrasse Earth House estate is surely impressive if we consider the extended ground it covers.

Designed to integrate a small artificial lake the concept uses all the basic structural details of the Earth Houses by Vetsch Architecture. The estate is following both standard building concepts and eco friendly ones, but the integration in the surrounding environment is done so the estate seems extremely spectacular.
The Dolder Residential House, is even more impressive, but is following the exact concept. A more artistic touch and a higher attention to details as well as the spectacular decoration of the interior pillars make it look more stylish.
The large garage, large windows and of course the earth blanket covering it and adding the natural details of a spectacular green garden are for sure elements that make this particular house the equal of any luxury residence in the world.
The Guldiman residential is built on two levels with the utility space on the ground level and the bedrooms on the second level. Extremely spacious and with the same ergonomic design fully integrated in the hill line the house is the example how the concept can become every bit as functional as the traditional brick building.
The Ventsch residence is the proof the revolutionary architect chose to experience with his own residence and even if the standard building elements are part of the design, the insulation is present and all the lines of the Earth House concept apply.
Peter Ventsch launched a trend that seems to have conquered the Switzerland territory. The Earth House is the example of how a building can be integrated in the environment.
Benefiting from the natural insulation, through its Earth friendly structure, this building concept is the proof that living close to the environment can also mean you are living in style.
